As our time at Red Bamboo Marketing has quickly come and gone, we have learned so much about the field of Marketing during this experience. Now that we have experienced things we have only before heard of in a classroom applied to real life situations, we feel more motivated and confident in our futures as professionals.
Most of our time was spent working on three large projects – the topics being a competitor analysis report, event planning, and a sales enablement deliverable project. The rest of our time was spent doing everything and anything you can imagine.
We both had a voice at Red Bamboo Marketing, which as an intern you do not come across often. It made us feel important and we knew our thoughts were valued during our time here. Feeling needed made it exciting to come into work every day. An opportunity like this does not come around often to college students and we both feel honored to be part of the Red Bamboo Marketing team.
Being in a successful and comfortable work environment is one of the most important aspects to getting a 20 year old to feel motivated to do the job they are given. We had input in decisions with clients as well as internal decisions for the office. Time spent here has motivated us to work as hard as possible in our future career paths.
We both will leave the office today, saddened to go but excited to apply all that we have learned here in the future. We are so grateful to be granted this opportunity to become a part of the Red Bamboo Marketing family.
