My third week as a marketing intern for Red Bamboo Marketing is coming to a close and I’m excited to think about everything that I’ve learned during this short time. I’ve gained so much knowledge already (from analyzing the players in the marketing community to more complex marketing concepts) that it’s difficult to pick out only one thing that really stands out to me. But the most important skill I have learned from the team here, is working together to solve a problem. The Red Bamboo Marketing team is incredible at problem solving and playing to each other’s strengths to come to the best solution for any situation. Everyone has a strong educated voice and each personality introduces different points of view allowing a total analysis of any issue at hand. They manage to avoid any road bumps that show up in their way and keep their clients’ needs as their number one priority always. Any time I’ve seen a situation that could possibly end up with a negative outcome the team comes together brainstorming ideas until the problem is solved. Through teamwork and open communication Red Bamboo Marketing truly provides the best service out there and is growing every day. It is inspirational to be a part of a group of people, working toward a common goal come together and make results happen. I’m honored to be a part of the Red Bamboo Marketing team for the summer.
